Coco500 was one of the highlight meals on my whirlwind trip back home to the SF Bay Area. Fresh, simple and casual- so Californian and it's so nice to have one focused thing on each plate versus a trio of tastings all the time. I went to the restaurant's former incantation, Bizou, and remember that the food was fabulous even back then. Chef Loretta Keller has a deft hand with winning combinations that are seasonal and well executed.
