Would you have any idea on how to make them dark chocolate puff pasteries thing?? they look desidedly delishes!

That's the first mention I've seen about vegetarians and LCB Paris. Were they in your class?

It's just been somewhat disheartening as a vegetarian who wants to go to culinary school outside of the US. Most major programs in the states have sections devoted to vegetarian/vegan cuisine but I haven't seen many in the international realm.

BTW, the food looks amazing. Sorry it turned out less spectacular than you'd hoped.

Regarding Ledoyen, your opinion would be actually completely different if you were alone or with one or two other patrons, at lunch or dinner time. You would actually always get someone watching after your table all the time.
